Walthamstow is our home patch, so most weeks we are working somewhere in E17, from the terraces around the Village to the flats near the Central line.
Leyton is a couple of minutes down the road, and its terraced streets are exactly the older stock we work on most.
Leytonstone sits just to our east, a quick run over, and we cover it regularly for heating and bathroom work.
Chingford is a short run north, and its bigger semis and detached houses often want system boilers and unvented hot water rather than a straight combi.
Wanstead has some fine period housing near the conservation area, where we keep the pipework and finish tidy to suit the age of the house.
South Woodford is an easy trip east on the Central line corridor, and its family semis keep us busy with heating and bathroom work.
Woodford Green sits on the Essex border with plenty of larger homes, where good hot water pressure and a well-balanced system matter.
Buckhurst Hill is a straightforward run out along the Central line, and we cover it for both heating and bathroom work.
Loughton is the far edge of our regular patch to the north east, and its bigger homes often call for system boilers and strong hot water.
Tottenham is a short hop west across the reservoirs, and its terraced and converted-flat housing is our everyday work.
Wood Green has a lot of flats and conversions, where we are used to working around communal systems and neighbours below.
Edmonton is an easy run west, and its mix of older terraces and post-war housing keeps us busy with boiler and repair work.
Enfield is towards the north west edge of our patch, with everything from period town houses to big suburban semis, so the work varies from combis to full systems.
Hackney runs from period terraces to warehouse conversions and modern flats, so we are used to tight access and working around downstairs neighbours.
Ilford sits to our south east with a lot of big Edwardian houses and family semis, which often want a system boiler and a good cylinder.
Stratford mixes new-build flats with older terraces, so one week it is a modern apartment and the next a Victorian back addition.
